The new Apple Watch SE comes with activity tracking, high and low heart rate notifications, emergency SOS, crash detection and a redesigned cover that matches the 3 original case styles. Both models come with watchOS 9. Features like Lunar and Metropolitan watch faces, updated workout app, sleep phase and medication app have been added to this.
Crash detection works only when driving is taking place. This saves the watch’s battery life of 18 hours. With the help of Apple’s Low Power Mode, the battery life will be boosted up to 36 hours. This feature will also be available on older Series 4 devices running WatchOS 9. When this mode is turned on, the always-on display and automatic workout tracking will be automatically turned-off. However, activity tracking and crash detection will still be active. Cellular roaming will be made available for old watches.
Series 8 aluminum will be available in Midnight, Starlight, Silver, and Red colours. Stainless steel will be available in silver, gold, and graphite. The Apple Watch Series 8 is 41mm and 45mm aluminum and stainless steel cases and will come in all bands. New bands and watch faces have been added to Nike and Apple Watch Herms. Nike’s new Sport Loop will have the “Just Do It” logo written on the band.
Apple Watch SE 2022
The new Apple Watch SE is the perfect watch with which to start the Apple Watch journey. Among its upgrades is the S8’s advanced SiP Advanced dual-core CPU that makes the Watch up to 20 percent faster. Crash detection and international roaming features have been added to this. The Apple Watch SE has a similar casing design but its nylon back shell makes it lighter. Apple Watch SE users can access the compass app of watchOS 9. Apple Watch SE comes with 40mm and 44mm aluminum casings in Midnight, Starlight and Silver colours.
